Payment

By Boel accepts online payments with: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Payment will be withdrawn from your account upon shipping or when your digital product is created (gift card etc.).

If you pay with a debit card (Mastercard Debit etc.), the payment will be reserved on your account until we either withdraw or deny it.

All prices in the shop include tax.

Prices on all products can be viewed in 4 different currencies:

  • Danish kroner (DKK)
  • Euro (EUR)
  • British Pounds (GBP)
  • US Dollars (USD)


By Boel uses a secure payment gateway which encrypts all information via a SSL Protocol. All your data is safe and cannot be read by any third party.

Shipping

Delivery in Denmark

Delivery time on orders in Denmark is between 2-5 days. All packages are handled by PostNord, GLS or DAO, and there is always an option for Track & Trace which include insurance on the package and the ability to follow its journey.

International delivery

Delivery time varies on international orders depending on where you're from. Expect 3-20 days delivery time. There is an option for Track & Trace which includes insurance on the package and the ability to follow its journey.

Your full purchase amount will be refunded if you deny receiving the package.

Delivery cost is calculated from the weight of the package.

You will be able to choose delivery to a nearby pick up point.

Refund

All purchases have a 30 day return policy which starts from the day the order is made.

Your money will be refunded the same day as the product is returned to me. You have to return the product within a 14 day period.

By Boel does not cover shipping or handling costs for returns.

Product condition upon return

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

You are responsible for any damage to the product caused by handling it, in any other way than intended. Upon return, I will inspect the poster(s) to make sure no permanent damage has been done.

If any damage is not clearly caused by the shipping, no refund can be made.

Guarantee / Right to complain

You have a 2 year guarantee/right to complain in accordance with Danish law. Your guarantee includes all faults in material and manufacturing.

Any guarantee claims must be made to By Boel within a reasonable amount of time from receiving the product. The limit is a maximum of 2 months, unless other arrangements have been made. I refund reasonable shipping costs.

There is no guarantee or right to complain if the product has been handled improperly or in any other way than intended.

Colors

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that the colors in the posters you see on your screen are exactly the same nuances when you receive your poster physically. This is due to the vast difference between pc screens and how they depict color. However, both the digital aspect and the printing of the posters are done highly professionally, to ensure the best possible quality.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used for up to 3 years after purchase.
